The Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) requires ALL COACHES with all its affiliated Leagues (BCYSL) and Clubs (BHYSC) to complete a ADULT REGISTRATION.

The MYSA Adult Registration includes:

DRIVERS LICENSE Photo

CORI check

SAFE SPORT Certification

CONCUSSION Certification

to ensure the safety of all youth soccer players in Massachusetts.
